HOURS

Our office hours are as follows:

*Please be aware that any closing applies to the business office only. Our guests receive top of the line care at all times!

*Sunday and Holiday pick-ups and drop-offs are available at either 8:00 a.m. or 3:00 p.m. SHARP with a $25 after-hours fee for the first pet and a $5 after-hours fee for each additional pet. Pick-ups or drop-offs must be scheduled beforehand.

OUR RATES

Pet Boarding

• Dog Boarding: $19/night base charge, one play park session per day included!
• Cat Boarding: $12/night base charge
• Un-neutered males and in-heat females: add $7/night to base charge
• Holiday Rates: add $3/night to base charge for all major holidays and peak periods. Click here to find out when peak periods occur.

BOARDING EXTRAS

• Additional play park sessions: $3/session
• Special Feeding: $4/day
• Medications: $2/dose
• Out to potty: $3/per day (for dogs that will only go potty out in the yard)

* All prices are per pet

* A 10% boarding discount will be given after 7 consecutive nights of boarding. If you anticipate a stay that will last longer than a month, contact us for special pricing options.

Grooming Rates

Vaccinations

For your convenience, the DDR has certain medications available to help maintain our healthy environment year-round. For a full list of the required vaccinations, please visit our FAQ page.

• Flea/tick treatments: a 30-day topical treatment is $10
• DHPL-P (Parvo combo): expires in one year and is $15
• Bordetella (Canine cough): expires in one year and is $15

Payment

	Payment in full is required at the time of checkout. We accept payment in the form of cash, in-state check with valid AZ driver's license, Visa or MasterCard, and debit cards. All first-time clients are required to make a $200 cash or credit card deposit at the time of drop-off. Left: Cuddling on a lap is always appreciated.

Medical Care

If your pet should require medical attention while in our care, it is our procedure to contact your veterinarian. If your pet requires an office visit, we will transport them to your own veterinarian if it is within a reasonable traveling distance. We reserve the right to use a local veterinarian when needed. Transportation incurs a $25 fee.
